Medicaid Direct Secure Messaging
As of January 1, 2024, providers can submit Provider Enrollment and Service Authorization documents to the Fiscal Agent. Providers wishing to submit documents via DSM must use the new DSM cover sheets, which are posted on the Forms page. DSM addresses for document submission are included on the cover sheets, and included in DSM FAQ.
While program funding is available, the State of Alaska is able to offer Gateway Integration to Health Care Entities in the state with licensee fee support.
